General requirements

  • Active participants hold full responsibility for the preparation and presenting their work via a poster or an oral presentation.

  • ALL PRESENTATIONS WILL BE PUBLIC!
Please read this, NO confidential data can be present in any of the presentations - oral or poster. The presenters themselves are responsible for checking this and removing all the protected data.

  • The procedure of the presentation sessions is determined by the MOSA Conference Organizing Committee. Participants are not allowed to change sessions/places in the sessions without contacting the Organizing Committee first. If you wish to change/cancel your participation in the conference, please contact us at scientific.mosa24@gmail.com

  • All presentations and discussion sessions need to be delivered in English as it is the working language of this conference.

  • There should be only one presenter per presentation/poster (the active participant, who submitted the abstract).

Poster presentation requirements
